We use this at our remote cottage. We use it for air circulation on hot days and to circulate heat from the wood stove. We also use it for our large dog when she is in her sleeping cubby!! Love it!!
Bought one for my wife - she is in the stage of her life that she has hot flashes when she sleeps-The Venti fan is a life changer for her, I will be buying another one so she always has one in case she needs it. This company will always be top notch. Excellent customer service. The quality of their product is outstanding. I purchased my first Venty Fan in 2022. The fan worked like a charm until I wasn't paying attention and broke one of the blades. They took care of me and I am feeling the Venty Breeze once again.
I absolutely love this fan! Between the different fan speeds, adjustable height, the battery life as well as the multiple brightness levels. This fan is a great all around fan. Also love how compact it is too! Highly recommend!
I ordered the Venty, in red and absolutely love it! We've used it once already for the season's concerts at one of our local wineries. It's compact and light which makes it very convenient to transport and carry. It fits perfectly on our bag and it's easy to set up. We've received many compliments. We love our Venty!! This little fan is MIGHTY! I took 2 on a recent trip to Kansas. The temps were in the ‘90’s each day. I used them at multiple locations and they worked SO GOOD!! Love that it has several different speeds and that it holds a charge all day! I’ll be buying more for my kids!

I love the fan, I paid a few dollars more to purchase the red fan, it’s beautiful, I haven’t had a chance to fully use it yet but it blows out great airflow, it also took several hours to charge, you have to wait until the light goes off on the base indicating it’s fully charged, now I know it will last for a long time while using it. I highly recommend this item. The only thing I was confused about was, I’m ordering from the company paying but the item shipped from Amazon, could I have just ordered from Amazon? But overall I love it, thank you
The remote on my fan stopped working so I ordered a replacement. The replacement does not work with my fan even though it was purchased in 2024. I emailed customer support asking to return the remote and get a refund. First I was ask to take a bunch of pictures and videos regarding the fan with no explanation why. I replied asking if the was necessary to do all of that to return a replacement remote. I got a response saying they misunderstand and asked what is wrong with the remote. I responded. It does not work. I get another response asking to take a picture of my fan front and back. I again responded expressing frustration in this process of the back-and-forth emails, and wanting to know why they needed pictures of my fan when I just simply want to return a remote that does not work and get a refund. The following email finally explained why they were asking for the pictures which was to ensure I had the correct fan for the replacement as they think I had an old model and said that they were just going to refund me. Well it has been over a week and i have not received my refund and at this point I don’t want to reach back out to customer service because I have already had a bad experience with them. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service from this company. I was willing to buy a new fan from them since I lover the first one some much but now I will be going elsewhere. Your customer service needs to do better.
